Professor Peter Frank
Until his recent retirement, Peter Frank was Professor of Russian Politics at the University of Essex. He is now Professional Research fellow at the University of Essex.
He is an established media commentator on Russian Affairs. He has worked extensively for Independent Television News' Channel Four News as well as appearing on BBC World TV, BBC 24, BBC World Service, BBC Radio Five Live and independent radio stations.
He has travelled widely in Russia and the Former Soviet Union and has been an official observer for Russian Presidential Elections.
