Yulia Matveeva

Yulia is Director of TopText company. She is responsible for updating various websites including those of news agencies, private companies and non-profitable organisations. Yulia brings her experience in information technology to the web world, making websites flourish and increasing web-readership of the relevant target groups.
She was formerly Editor of INTERFAX, an international information group providing news for thousands of businesses, media and government clients in more than 100 countries. Yulia worked in the Volga office covering the news in 15 regions of the Volga federal district.
