Vladislav Radkov

Vladislav is responsible for youth policy in the Mayor’s Office of Togliatti. He works at a local, regional and national level with youth parliaments on training and media campaigns and assists with the analysis and development of legislation. Vladislav is also responsible for the development of youth creativity organising youth festivals, forums and exhibitions in the areas of performing arts, fine art, modern art and design. He also promotes environmental issues through educational programmes and projects.
Vladislav’s vision is to promote tolerance, human rights and civic initiatives and to develop accountable, transparent, and quality-driven youth policies and services.
