Elena is the International Programme Coordinator for the Volgograd Law Academy of the Ministry of Interior of Russia.
The Academy is a higher educational institution providing bachelor and master degree programmes in law enforcement, criminal investigation, public policing and forensic expertise. It also offers a wide range of short-term and long-term on-the-job training courses for police officers in service. The Academy holds seminars and workshops for police practitioners and police theoretics on various topics of law enforcement, public policing, criminal investigation.
Elena is responsible for coordinating the international activities of the Academy, developing grant projects, seeking and maintaining funding, developing relationships with overseas contacts and building partnerships with these contacts.
