Anton Agafonov

Anton is studying Political Science at the Université d'Ottawa (Canada).
At the time of the 2003 Fellowship Programme he was Head of the Information and Analysis Department for the Strategic Research Centre, a non-profit organisation that provides political science advice and expertise to the government.
