Artur is Chief Financial Officer at Tristan Oil Ltd. Artur is responsible for the financial management of the company.
He previously worked as Head of Corporate Finance for ASCOM S.A., a privately owned joint-stock company from the Republic of Moldova. Prior to this, Artur studied at the University of Delaware in Public Administration (MA) and was employed by Development Alternatives Inc., a Bethesda (USA) based consulting company for their 5-year Development Project in Romania, financed by USAID. At the time of the 2000 Fellowship Programme, Artur was Chief of the International Relations Department, Mayor’s Office, Chisinau.
