Tabib Huseynov

The main focus of Tabib’s work is on conflict resolution and human rights. Tabib currently works for the International Crisis Group as an Analyst in their Baku office. The International Crisis Group is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organisation committed to preventing and resolving conflict. Tabib works specifically on issues relating to the Caucasus region, conducting research and producing reports on political and conflict issues in Azerbaijan and the wider area.
Tabib is a writer and commentator on the region, contributing to journals such as the Conciliation Resources’ journal ‘Accord’.
At the time of the 2006 Fellowship Programme, Tabib worked for the International Republican Institute (IRI) an organisation aimed at supporting the growth of political freedom, good governance and human rights around the world by educating people, political parties and governments on the values and practices of democracy.
