Elshad Mikayilov

Elshad works for Oxfam in Azerbaijan on their Good Governance Program.
At the time of the 2009 Fellowship Programme, Elshad was Programme Manager at The Caucasus Research Centre. A partnership between the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Eurasia Partnership Foundation, and local universities, the CRRC network offers scholars and practitioners opportunities for integrated research, training and collaboration and seeks opportunities to use research data to inform local, national and regional decision-making and democracy.
Elshad receives his Fellowship certificate from the Rt Hon Jack Straw MP

He was previously a Board Member of the Economic Research Centre (ERC) and Program Officer for the International Republican Institute Azerbaijan.
