Garik Khachikyan

2005 Fellow, Armenia

Garik is the Public Administration Coordinator for Mobilizing Action Against Corruption (MAAC) Activity. This is a USAID funded, five year anti-corruption project. Garik helps to identify and implement reforms needed to reduce or prevent corruption in Armenia. He provides technical assistance to support the development of internal policies and procedures for professional management of the Chamber of Control, the Human Rights Defender, and the Anti Corruption Strategy Monitoring Commission. Garik also coordinates provision of training and other organizational development inputs for partner government agencies in order to improve their anti-corruption agenda and to enhance their capacity in fighting corruption.

At the time of the 2005 Fellowship Programme he worked for the Armenia Public Sector Reform Programme as the Structure and Organisation Expert.
