Arkadi Khachatryan

Arkadi is Deputy Head of the Department of Expertise and Analysis within the Administration of the President of the Republic of Armenia. Arkadi monitors the implementation of government programmes within this department. He analyses various sectors of the economy, conducts economic research on current issues and provides recommendations on policy development. At the time of the 2005 JS Fellowship Programme he was Deputy Head of Economic Department.
Arkadi is a Doctor of Economics. He graduated from the Yerevan State University in 1997, completed his post-graduate study at the State Academy of Management (Moscow, Russian Federation) in 2000, and completed an executive educational programme at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (Cambridge, USA) in 2009.
