Tetiana is a fundraiser at Dzherelo Children’s Rehabilitation Centre – one of the largest NGOs in Ukraine assisting people with physical and mental disabilities.
Tetiana has implemented various projects to improve the quality of life of children and youth with disabilities, as well as inclusive and awareness raising events. She has an MA in Psychology from Kyiv National Linguistic University.
Her action plan is to create a working group of experts to work on advocacy campaigns to lobby Lviv city council on disability rights, to include doctors, teachers, parents, politicians and civic activists. She plans to create training courses on tolerance for schools and develop campaigns to inform parents of disabled children about their rights. Her vision is to see a model of inclusion and early intervention replicated widely in Ukraine.
